EXHIBITOR TABLETOPS: include a 6 foot draped & Skirted table, 2 Chairs, company name on tent card and carpeting – $650​

 

ELECTRICITY: If your company requires electricity please choose a table on the entrance wall

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: If cancellation is received in writing prior to July 25, 2025, reservation fee less $150 handling charge will be refunded. No refunds will be given for any cancellation request if received after July 25, 2025.​

 

Name Tags – Available upon your arrival.  Please complete the Badge Information Form for all representatives of your business.

When you arrive use the South Lobby Entrance (Entry F). If you have too many items, security may ask you to unload at the loading dock which is located at the corner of Pinecroft and Koury Boulevard. If you have one box that you are carrying in or a display case that you are rolling in, that should be acceptable.

 

Shipping Materials or Boxes to the Expo?

Boxes can only be accepted no earlier than 2 days prior to the event. Event Date: Thurs, Sept 11, 2025

Please be sure to include your Table Number on the box.

If you wish to return material from the Sheraton, please come prepared with mailing labels. Only UPS and Federal Express. Bring your boxes to the designated area which you will know when you arrive.
